They then inspect, package, and ship your item directly to you. This allows us to focus on designing more products you’ll love and offering excellent customer service!

 

👕  Our cotton-based products feature direct-to-garment printing. That means each design is spray printed, with the water-based ink soaking INTO the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. It may look a little different from what you’re used to! However, the goal is for the designs to look sharper, and, with proper care, to minimize the risk that the print will crack or peel like screen printing or vinyl. Please follow the care guidelines so you can love your item for as long as possible!

We monitor all shipments to keep you posted if there’s anything of concern with your order. It may look a little different from what you’re used to! However, the goal is for the designs to look sharper, and, with proper care, to minimize the risk that the print will crack or peel like screen printing or vinyl.

Each listing includes the care instructions for that particular product, both among the listing photos and in the product description. Please be sure to read and follow the instructions to ensure extended use of your product. It is always best to wash printed apparel items inside out and in cold water.

 

🎁 Do you offer gift messages or wrapping? 🎁

 

Unfortunately we are not able to offer gift messages or gift wrapping at this time. Items are sent in plain packaging directly from each print shop. Make sure to send your recipient a message so they know your new favorite item came from you!

Because our products are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 5-7 business days before your order ships.

⏱️NO Rush Orders ⏱️

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot offer faster processing times or Rush Shipping. If you have any questions about our processing or shipping times, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

 

🔄 Returns and Exchanges 🔄

 

Although we do not accept returns, we want you to love your purchase! If your order didn’t work out for you, please send a Safi support message to us ASAP (no later than 7 days) and we will see what we can do for you to be satisfied with your order. If we choose to accept an exchange, we’ll send you shipping instructions and you’ll pay any shipping costs to return the item back to us, as well as shipping for your new item. After the item is back in our hands and we’ve inspected it to make sure it’s in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and unused) we’ll send out your new item. Exchanges will be determined at our discretion and will be a one-time offer.

 

⏳ How long does it take to get my order? ⏳

 

While we do everything possible to get your items to you quickly, unexpected delays are always a possibility. Our typical order processing time  is 5-7 business days. Expect another 5-7 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location. These estimates do not include holidays.

We cannot guarantee any specific shipping date. The shipping times listed are estimates and not guaranteed, as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (e.g., weather, holiday season, etc.).

We cannot guarantee that notes left at checkout will be read. If you need something by a certain date, please reach out via Safi support message BEFORE you order and we’ll let you know if that turnaround is possible.

 

📦 Track Shipment 📦

 

You will also receive an email from Safi with your tracking number once your item is ready to ship. Please allow a few days for movement to actually show on the tracking number.

 

📫 Shipping Issues: Delayed, Undeliverable, or Lost Orders 📫

 

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via Safi support message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days, just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order hasn’t arrived, we’ll do everything we can to get a replacement to you promptly.

Was your order “Undeliverable” due to an address error? It’ll need to be reshipped, so you’ll need to pay the additional shipping charges.

For a lost order, please allow 7 days after the expected delivery date for it to arrive. If after 7 days your tracking doesn’t update/order doesn’t arrive, we’ll work to get it found or re-shipped ASAP.

 

😮 Mistakes 😮

 

We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect (wrong item, print issue, quality issue), please let us know within 14 days so that we can fix your order ASAP. Include well-lit photos of the entire product and any close-ups of the specific product or packaging issue since these will also help us resolve issues faster!

We do not offer refunds or replacements for minor color variations.

Please keep in mind that if *you* make a mistake (like accidentally ordering the wrong size or the wrong item) we will follow our standard exchange policy.
